A solid Meehanite cast iron base provides rigidity and maximizes vibration dampening.
Hand Scraped for Precision
The VMC lineup features handscraping on over 50 points of metal-to-metal surfaces, ensuring geometric precision for a better built, long-lasting machine.
Toyoda VMCs offer a well-appointed list of standard features so users can optimize output with a minimum investment.
Vertical Machining Centers
For a variety of machining needs, including high-speed, heavy-duty, and five-axis machining, Toyoda’s complete line of vertical machining centers delivers lasting performance. Due to a vibration-dampening Meehanite cast iron base and large precision spindle bearings, we offer shops increased rigidity while sustaining higher load capacities. Every vertical machining center features fully-equipped Fanuc controls for maximum machining capabilities.
Our FV vertical machining centers feature highly rigid boxway guides and wide operator workspace for ease of use. This series maintains the utmost accuracy on heavy-duty cuts. The FV1890 and FV2090 models are equipped with hybrid linear and box guideways for increased accuracy for large-part machining.
