Toyoda offers a full line of Production Line Controls (PLCs) to automate a variety of manufacturing systems. Toyoda PLCs have been developed based on our abundant experience with controls, machinery, and high-volume part production. The resulting controllers are fast, flexible and reliable. Today's production control systems require simplified, reliable PLCs at the machine level, as well as the flexibility to network with hierarchical data collection systems. Toyoda realizes the need for global standards throughout the manufacturing process and has expanded the communication options on its PLC systems, increased memory capacity, and added visualization programming options to our control packages.

In 2004 Toyoda developed the TOYOPUC Safety PLC. It is category 4 certified and meets the safety requirements of the most crucial manufacturing environments.
